After graduating, Chef Sophat Min gained hands-on experience working in renowned Hotel in Dubai such as Hyatt Regency Dubai and The Yas hotel Abu Dhabi, Jal Hotel Dubai, Cipriani Yas Island Bangkok cooking Academy specializing in Japanese Cuisine and mastering both traditional and modern cooking techniques. Their dedication and innovative approach to cuisine earned them recognition in the industry, including Outstanding Kazu Restaurant in Yas hotel in Abu Dhabi.
